Amazing school! The moment I walked in I knew I didn’t need to go look at any other places. Sofia & Felipe are beyond awesome. School is hands on and very family oriented. My kids have learned so much in the past 8 months than I could ever imagine.
I’ve been a member of their all woman’s fitness program led by Sofia. This program has transformed not only my physical strength but also my overall confidence! Sofia dedicates herself in creating a fitness program that anyone can do. With her excersise and training methods we are constantly challenged and always making progress! We have a family community here which sets them apart from any other places around! Everyone is encouraging and supportive.

I’ve trained jiu jitsu before but I’ve only met a few coaches like coach Felipe and coach Sofia. They are super patient with my 6 year old son and me. They teach every detail there is to know. I love them!!!

It’s an amazing place to take your kids for summer camp. My sons has been going here for 8 years now and it’s always an awesome experience since day one until now. I can’t never find another place like this. The coaches are fantastic, the environment is second to none. Take your kids here! You won’t regret it.
I love this gym. The people, energy and instructors are excellent. This is the best gyn in the area for anyone. They have a great kids program as well as an adult program. If you are in the area, give them one class and you will be hooked.

My twin girls have an Amazing time at JiuJitsu4Life . Summer camp is fun and my kids learn tons of Jiu Jitsu techniques. The atmosphere is professional, safe and creates self confidence!
